MenuSpark helps you scan restaurant menus, understand dishes, and match them to your preferences. We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the app.

What We Collect

How We Use It

We use this information to provide accounts and saved preferences, process and translate menus, enrich dish details, personalize dish matches, show nearby restaurants, manage free credits and subscriptions, create public menu share links when requested, prevent abuse, debug issues, and provide support.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate MenuSpark, such as Firebase/Google Cloud, Google Places, OpenRouter model providers, RevenueCat, Apple, and Sentry. These providers must protect user data at least as required by this policy. Menus or dish photos may be visible to others if you publish, upload, or share them through the app.

Retention and Deletion

We keep data while needed to provide MenuSpark, maintain public or shared menu content, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and support billing records. You can delete your account and saved personal data from Settings in the app, or contact us to request deletion or revoke consent. Temporary anonymous menus and share links are cleaned up on a scheduled basis.

Children

MenuSpark is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
